- Room rental is not allowed.
Key financing characteristics:
- Maximum loan-to-value ratio is 75% based on the market value in an unoccupied state.
- Maximum term is 25 years.
- Full annuity or linear repayment during the term is mandatory.
- Rental income cannot be included when determining the acceptance income.
