Based on a comprehensive assessment, you will determine which of the profiles suits you best. At ING Private Banking, we offer 5 carefully crafted investment strategies, each with its own character. Based on your investment profile and sustainability preferences, we will advise you on which investment strategy to select.
The returns in the chart shown above are based on a fictive investment portfolio without periodic deposits or withdrawals. The net returns are based on an invested starting capital of € 500.000. If you started with a different amount or at a different time, the outcome of the realized net return may differ from the net returns shown in the table. These deviations occur because:
In addition to the different investment strategies, ING Portfolio management also offers different investment profiles within each strategy. Together with an asset advisor you discuss your risk preferences and an investment profile is determined accordingly.
The different investment profiles consist of different types of investments, in which two main categories are distinguished: fixed income and equities. These investments are applied in different proportions per investment profile, the initial distribution is as follows:

Depending on how the ING Investment Office assesses the financial markets, we may deviate from this allocation by up to 10%. With this so-called active investment policy, we aim to achieve a better return than the broad financial market while matching the risk of the profiles to the risk appetite of your goals.
