Ki's services are provided by Pearlcard. ING has entered into a collaboration agreement for this purpose. By using Ki, you enter into an agreement with Pearlcard. The general terms and conditions of Pearlcard apply to this agreement.
Privacy and data processing
Pearlcard processes personal data of Ki users in accordance with the applicable privacy legislation. This is done exclusively for the purpose of providing the Ki services, maintaining contact and improving service quality. Data is only shared with third parties when necessary for the performance of the service or legally required.
Pearlcard does not retain personal data for longer than is legally permitted. More information can be found in Pearlcard's Privacy Statement. ING does not process any personal data in this context. ING's Privacy Statement applies to other ING services outside of Ki.

Fees are always clearly communicated in advance. Billing is handled directly by Pearlcard. You only pay if your request is successfully fulfilled (no cure, no pay). All prices include VAT.

ING reserves the right to modify or terminate access to Ki at any time, for example in the event of changes to the offering, the partnership with Pearlcard or strategic decisions. The terms and conditions may also be amended. In the event of changes, you will be notified at least one month in advance.
