Yes. You can switch in the ING App or My ING. It’s quick and easy. 
Choose from ING Go, More, Extra or Max. Some other plans are no longer available to open. 

Choosing ING Max? You get a 14-day cooling-off period. 
Cancel within that time and already used the plan or its services? You only pay for what you’ve used. 

Cancel after 14 days but within six months? You’ll pay one extra monthly fee.

Yes. Your account number stays the same.

No. Your credit card may look different in the ING App and your wallet. It also gets a new name. Everything else stays the same. 

Creditcard is now ING Credit Card More. 
Platinumcard is now ING Credit Card Extra.

You can already see it in the ING App and your wallet. When your physical card expires, you’ll automatically receive a new one with the updated look. Until then, your current card keeps working as usual.

ING Go is the only plan you can use without the ING App or My ING. You can use paper services like statements, transfer forms and envelopes.
