Go to My Plan in the Account Overview and go to the section “Get the most out of your pack”. Choose Activate on this page and you will be led to the Disney+ website to activate your account. Enter your personal details in order to activate the Disney+ account. Your personal data is not shared with Disney+; we only use a unique code to enable the activation.</p><p><strong>2.    What type of Disney+ Account is included in my ING Max plan?</strong><br />Disney+ Standard is included in your ING Max plan.</p><p><strong>3.    When will I be able to activate my Disney+ subscription? </strong><br />You can directly activate your Disney+ subscription.</p><p><strong>4.    Can I take the Disney+ Standard subscription with ING if I already have a Disney+ subscription?</strong><br />Yes. Both new and existing Disney+ customers can activate the Disney+ Standard plan via ING Max using the same email address.<br />•    If you already have a Disney+ Standard with Ads or Disney+ Standard subscription billed directly by Disney+, it will be automatically paused when you activate this offer. No action is required from you. You can enjoy the offer via ING directly.<br />•    If you have a Disney+ Premium plan directly with Disney, you can manage it via your Disney+ account settings.<br />•    If your Disney+ subscription is provided by another partner, it can only be managed through that provider. Disney+ will notify you by email and direct you to the account section to manage your subscription.</p><p><strong>5.    Do I have to fill in the payment information when I activate my Disney+ via ING Package if I have already an account?</strong><br />When you activate your Disney+ Account through your ING Max plan its not necessary to fill in the payment information. </p><p><strong>6.    What will I receive with the ING Max Disney+ offer? </strong><br />You’ll receive the Disney+ Standard subscription, which means you can enjoy access to the full range of Disney content, 1080p HD video quality and stream on up to 2 devices at once. Disney+ Standard doesn’t support Dolby Atmos or 4K UHD.</p><p><strong>7.    How long does activation take after signing up?</strong><br />After you have activated Disney+ via ING website you will be directed to the Disney+ website where you can directly activate you Disney+ account and can start watching</p><p><strong>8.    Do I need to download an app to access the service?</strong><br />After activation, you can login to the Disney+ on your mobile device or login on your web browser on your computer, laptop or other supported devices like smart TV&apos;s and set top boxes. Each country has its own catalog due to licensing rights. This offer gives access to the Dutch-specific Disney+ catalog.  <br /> <br /><strong>12.    Will I get charged for Disney+?</strong><br />No, Disney+ is included in your ING Max plan at no extra cost and the price of your plan is based on the banking services which are included in the plan. If you cancel or downgrade your ING plan to one that doesn&apos;t include streaming, your Disney+ subscription will automatically be cancelled. If you want to cancel your Disney+ subscription separate from your ING Max plan, it is possible, but it does not affect the price or availability of your banking services. If you decide to cancel Disney+ only, navigate to My Plan in the Account Overview where you can cancel Disney+, which will be inactive immediately. Cancellation is only possible via your ING account, not via Disney+.</p><p><strong>2.    Will I still have access to Disney+ if I cancel my bank account in the ING Max plan?</strong><br />No. If you close your bank account, your access to Disney+ will be revoked and you’ll no longer be able to access it. If your previous Disney+ subscription was paused, your payments may resume. Cancelling Disney+ only will remove access to Disney+, which is part of the ING Max plan at no extra cost.</p><p><strong>3.    Can I reactivate my account after cancelling?</strong><br />Yes, if you would like to reactivate it again, go to the page of the streaming service within your ING account overview and activate the streaming service again. You can reactivate the streaming service after cancellation. Use the same email address that you have used before.
