Go to My Plan in the Account Overview and go to the section “Get the most out of your plan”. Choose Activate on this page and you will be led to the Amazon website to activate your membership. Enter your personal details in order to activate the Amazon Prime membership.</p><p><strong>2.    What if I already have an existing membership?</strong><br />For Amazon Prime, you need to cancel your existing membership and wait for your billing cycle to end before you can activate it via ING. Your watch history will be saved in the streaming service after cancellation.
