This registration specifies who is authorized to act on behalf of the organization. It also indicates whether a single person may sign the form independently, or whether multiple representatives must jointly approve the request to retrieve the remaining balance.</span></span></span></p><p>** The account where you want the balance transferred to, must be in the same name as the account that has been closed or in the name of the legal representative of the entity holding the closed account. </p><p>*** If the entity has been liquidated, we’ll need an entitlement statement showing that you’re entitled to the remaining balance (rechthebbendenverklaring). Here’s what to do: </p><ul><li>If you live in the Netherlands, have your Dutch ID certified at a town hall or municipal office. At the same time, you can also take your own measures to protect your personal data.  </p><p>Before paying out your remaining balance, we’ll ask for a copy (certified when necessary), scan or photo of your ID – but not all the information on it will be needed by ING. So in this specific case, you’re allowed to make certain details on the copy illegible, such as your citizen service number (BSN) and your photo. Your signature and your ID number must remain clearly legible.  </p><p>Finally, you’re also allowed to place a watermark on the copy, scan or photo of your ID.
