** If you have a children's account (Kinderrekening) or youth account (Jongerenrekening) or account statement in Braille, you can get monthly account statements free of charge in the Netherlands. This also applies if you have a standard package (BasisPakket), payment package (BetaalPakket) or royal package (RoyaalPakket).

 

Emergency Cash
  • You can withdraw emergency cash abroad 24/7 if your debit card (Betaalpas) is lost or stolen.
  • You can withdraw up to €2,000 with ING Go, an orange package with discount (OranjePakket met Korting), a standard package (BasisPakket), a payment package (BetaalPakket) and a royal package (RoyaalPakket). You can withdraw up to €5,000 if you have ING More, ING Extra or ING Max.

 

Mobile Banking
