They must be exactly the same as the details on record at the Chinese bank. So use exactly the same name and address of the beneficiary as shown on the invoice. Don’t abbreviate anything like ‘Limited’ to ‘Ltd.’ And vice versa, if you see the ‘Ltd’ abbreviation on the invoice, use that.
