Choose this option when you want to ensure that the original amount you send arrives at the bank of the recipient. This page shows the <a href=\"https://www.ing.nl/en/personal/payments/payments-abroad/our-surcharge-rates-per-country\">overview of the OUR fees</a>.</li><li><strong>Shared (SHA):</strong> when you use SHA, you&apos;ll only pay ING&apos;s fee. The recipient will pay their bank&apos;s fee and any intermediary bank&apos;s fees. With this option, it&apos;s unsure whether the original amount arrives at the bank of the recipient.</li><li><strong>Beneficiary (BEN):</strong> when you use BEN, the recipient pays all fees. This includes ING&apos;s fee, any intermediary bank&apos;s fees, and their own bank&apos;s fees. With this option, it&apos;s unsure whether the original amount arrives at the bank of the recipient. </li></ul><p>In addition, we charge a mark-up on the exchange rate if you send another currency than euros.
