One of the 1st innovations is the payment page where you choose your bank. This will look the same on all online stores.
The new payment page has one single URL that you will encounter while ordering: https://pay.ideal.nl/. The checkout itself does not change.
You will not immediately see the payment page everywhere yet, because online stores decide when to make the switch. Here is what the payment page looks like:
