This may be because the name or location doesn’t match where you made the purchase. Here’s a short explanation of possible causes:</p><ul><li><p>Market vendors often show a name that you don’t immediately recognize. For example, a fish stall might be based in Groningen and appear as “Visje Groningen,” but operates in Middelburg for the day. On your statement, it will still say “Visje Groningen,” which can be confusing.</p></li><li><p>Another common example is festivals and other events. Payment terminals are often rented for these occasions, which means a generic name or the name of the rental company may appear on your statement.</p></li><li><p>Could it be a free trial subscription that is no longer free?
