If you use Safari, check if the &apos;prevent tracking&apos; feature is switched off. </p><p><strong>1. Request online or in the mobile banking app</strong><br /><strong>Online:</strong> <a href=\"https://mijn.ing.nl/banking/debit-card/replace\">In My ING, you can request a personalised debit card online</a>. Log in and follow the steps to replace your debit card with a personalised one. In step 3, ‘Your new debit card’, select ‘Personalised card’.</p><p><strong>In the app:</strong> Select ‘Service’ at the bottom right of the screen. Then select &apos;Your cards&apos; and choose the card you&apos;d like to replace. Then select &apos;Replace card&apos;.</p><p><strong>2. Choose an image</strong><br />Upload a picture of your own or select an image from our gallery.</p><p>If you&apos;ve selected to use an image of your own, please make sure it meets our criteria. <a href=\"https://assets.ing.com/m/4995bfd1c812e8a8/original/Voorwaarden-Mijn-Betaalpas.pdf\">View the terms and conditions here (PDF, in Dutch)</a>. </p><p><strong>3. Accept the terms</strong><br />After you&apos;ve accepted the terms and conditions, choose whether to keep your current PIN. You should also review the other details and submit your debit card replacement request.</p><p><strong>4.We send your debit card</strong><br />We&apos;ll review your submitted image. If it&apos;s approved, you&apos;ll receive your personalised debit card in the post. You can keep using your current debit card, or you can request a personalised card with a different picture. Please review our terms and conditions first.</p>"}},{"title":"I have a Visa Debit or Mastercard Debit Card: what if my image is rejected?","richBody":{"value":"<p>If the picture you submitted does not meet the criteria, the application for the physical card will be rejected. When this happens, you will receive an inbox message and <strong>no new physical card will be sent. </strong></p><p>You can still request a new physical card by replacing your card again. Make sure to select the reason <strong>“I want a different type of card”</strong>. Only with this option can you upload a different picture or switch back to a standard debit card.<br />If you do not change the image, your request will be rejected again.</p><p>You can activate Apple Pay or Google Pay immediately for your new card.
