The same goes for unblocking. </p><p>If your card was lost, you don&apos;t need to report it to the police. A new debit card costs €4.50. You&apos;ll receive your new card and PIN in the post within 5 business days after we&apos;ve processed your request. You&apos;ll need to activate your debit card before you can use it – do so in the app or My ING. In the app, select &apos;Service’ and ‘Your cards’. Then select the card you&apos;d like to activate.</p><p>You can also withdraw cash using Apple Pay and Google Pay with your Visa debit card and Debit Mastercard. Please note: you will need the PIN of your physical debit card for this. You can easily find this PIN in the ING app. Go to &quot;Overview&quot;, tap &quot;Debit cards&quot;, choose your card and select &quot;Show PIN&quot;. Don’t have your new Visa Debit or Mastercard debit card yet? In that case, request your PIN using the button below and you’ll receive it within 5 working days at your correspondence address.</p><p>Before you can use your debit card to make contactless payments, you&apos;ll need to make one PIN transaction first.</p><p>Tip: you can use the virtual debit card on your phone to pay while you&apos;re waiting for your new debit card to arrive in the post. Doing so will prevent fraudulent use. Use the app or My ING to block your debit card and request a new card and PIN to be sent in the post. Then throw it away.</p>"}},{"title":"I've entered the wrong PIN three times and my debit card was blocked as a result. How do I unblock it?","richBody":{"value":"<ul><li><strong>If you&apos;ve entered the wrong PIN at an ATM, deposit machine or during a contactless payment,</strong> you won&apos;t have to take action. Your card will be automatically unblocked after 24 hours.</li><li><strong>If you&apos;ve entered the wrong PIN at a payment terminal</strong> (in a shop, for example), go to an ATM, insert your card and enter the correct PIN. Perform a balance check or withdraw some cash. This will unblock your card. </li><li><strong>If you&apos;ve reported your card as lost or stolen and blocked it</strong> in My ING or the ING app, you can unblock it or have it replaced online or in the app. If you&apos;ve called the ING Hotline and had us block your card on your behalf, we&apos;ve probably already requested a new card and PIN for you. If we haven&apos;t, you can request a new card and PIN in My ING.</li><li><strong>We may have blocked your card preventively</strong> in order to protect you from fraud. Contact us via 020 22 888 88.
