That’s the standard limit, but you can temporarily raise it to €50,000. Ideal for buying new furniture, for instance. For amounts above €2,500, that’s allowed for a maximum of 30 days. And you can also lower your limit. Maybe you don’t want to spend more than €100, €500 or €2,350 per day with your debit card? You decide.</p><p><strong>And abroad?</strong><br />The same daily limit (standard or one that you’ve chosen yourself, even temporarily) on your debit card applies abroad too. That limit applies to the total of all payments with your debit card within one day, whether those are made in the Netherlands or abroad.</p><p><strong>Under the age of 18?</strong><br />A standard spending limit of €250 applies to people under 18. That limit can be raised to a maximum of €1,000 for a maximum of 30 days. This is the standard withdrawal limit. Need a bit more cash temporarily? You can increase your daily limit to a maximum of €5,000. For amounts above €1,000, this increase can be set for a maximum of 3 days. Prefer to withdraw less cash? You can simply lower the limit. You decide what works best for you.</p><p>You can also withdraw cash with your Visa Debit and Debit Mastercard using Apple Pay and Google Pay. Please note: you will need the PIN code of your physical debit card. You can easily find this PIN in the ING app:</p><ul><li><p>Tap the “Debit cards” button to go to your ING debit card settings</p></li><li><p>Select the card for which you want to view the PIN and choose “Show PIN”</p></li></ul><p><strong>And abroad?</strong><br />The same daily limit (standard or one that you’ve chosen yourself, even temporarily) on your debit card applies abroad too. There’s no separate limit. Please note: Some foreign banks may apply a lower withdrawal limit.</p><p><strong>Under the age of 18?</strong><br />You can withdraw a maximum of €250.
