Make sure that no one is watching when you enter your PIN.</li><li>Never share your PIN with anyone.</li><li><strong>ING or the police will never ask you for your PIN or debit card. Not by letter, email, text, WhatsApp message, phone or in person. You should never give anyone your debit card or share your PIN.</strong>  </li><li>Do not write your PIN down. If you have trouble remembering your PIN, store it in an encrypted or password-protected place so others can&apos;t get to it. For security reasons, we recommend memorising your PIN.  </li><li>Carefully store your debit card.</li><li><strong>If you&apos;ve received a new debit card, please destroy your old one.
