  2. Click on 'Service' at the bottom of your screen 
  3. Click on 'Your cards'
  4. Click on 'Activate debit card' and confirm the activation.
  5. You’ll immediately see if it worked.

  2. Select the debit card you want to activate and follow the steps on your screen (Dutch only)
  3. Confirm the activation with your mobile phone 
  4. At last you will see a confirmation of the activation of your debit card

You only need to activate your new debit card if you receive a new PIN with it. If you replaced your card while keeping the same PIN, then you don't need to activate it. Contactless payments will only work after you have made a payment or withdrawal using your PIN at least once.

Do not activate the debit card until you have received both the card and the PIN. You will receive them separately, within 5 working days at your correspondence address. If you have been waiting for more than five working days, please contact customer service via chat.
