It can take up to three business days to retrieve your PIN. Until then, you’ll need to choose another payment method, like your debit card.

Go to a Geldmaat ATM. Use this this map to find one in your neighbourhood.
Make sure that you know your current PIN.
Insert your credit card and select ‘change PIN'.
Choose a safe PIN and you’re done.
Changes can be made 24/7.
Your PIN must be four digits long. For security reasons, certain combinations of numbers are not allowed, such as ascending or descending sequences (like 1234 or 4321).
