For example, if the expiry date of your current credit card is close to the moment you go on holiday, you would like to be sure that your credit card is valid. Via the ING App or My ING you can request your credit card to be replaced because you want a card with a longer expiry date.</p><p>Your card number and card PIN will remain the same. The card number and PIN remain the same and your credit card can last 5 years. For the automatic replacement you don&apos;t have to do anything. Once you have received the credit card, you can easily activate it by scanning the QR code on the letter.</p><p>Didn’t receive your credit card 14 days before the expiry date? Please make sure your address information is up to date first. Is this not the case?
