If you have a credit card that’s linked to your personal account, you’ll always find your credit card account summary in your product overview in the ING App and in My ING. Just look below your current and savings accounts. You'll see your balance and all your credit card pre-authorisations and transactions.
If you have an additional credit card that’s linked to the personal account of the primary card holder – not a joint account – you'll see the credit card account summary under 'Other accounts'. This summary only shows the purchases made with this additional credit card, including your current available credit. Keep in mind that you’ll only see the credit card account summary of the person logged into the ING App or My ING.

You won’t see your partner's transactions in your account summary. So if it seems like the numbers don’t add up, remember that you’re seeing the current available credit for both credit cards. The primary card holder, in turn, will see all transactions in the summary, including those made with the additional credit card. You can tell which credit card was used for the purchase by the last four digits of the transaction.
