The ING Student Account is a free account for students between 18 and 30 years old. When you open a Student Account with ING, you automatically receive an Orange Savings Account with a variable interest rate. This way, you can start saving right away.
You can apply for a Student Account if you are 18 years old and enrolled in a full-time MBO, HBO, or university program. You must have your DUO student finance deposited into your Student Account or declare once a year that you are studying.

*What is an MVV? The MVV is an entry visa intended for persons who want to stay in the Netherlands for more than 90 days. The MVV is a visa sticker (Type D) that is placed in your passport by the Dutch embassy or the Dutch consulate in the country you reside.
