The subject of the message might be something like: ‘Please confirm your identity’. Use the link to start the identification process. Or go to ‘Service’ in the bottom right corner and select ‘To do’ in the to-do list.</li><li>Scan your ID card or passport and check whether your address is correct</li></ol><p><a href=\"https://assets.ing.com/m/5817e3e7d1aa8974/original/Instructions-identification-via-app.pdf\">See how it works</a>.</p><p> </p><p><strong>If you can’t find the message, no problem!
