Apple Pay is a way to make contactless payments with your Apple device, without needing a physical debit card. Hold your device near the payment terminal and confirm the payment with Face ID, Touch ID or your passcode, so you can pay quickly and easily. Apple Pay works in most places where you can make contactless payments.

For your debit card:

Open the Watch app on your iPhone (note: not the ING app or Wallet app)
Go to ‘Wallet & Apple Pay’
Tap ‘Add Card’ or choose your credit card if it is already in the list
Follow the steps and, when verifying, choose 'ING Nederland App’
You can then use your credit card to pay with your Apple Watch.

When verifying, choose the ING app
Step 2. In the ING app
Open the ING app and tap ‘Service’

If a card is ready, tap ‘Activate now’
Tap ‘Activate’ and then ‘Confirm’
Your debit card or credit card will then be on your Mac and you can use it to pay online in Safari.

You need the mostrecent version of the INGapp for this. You can only add an 'icon' to an ING Debit Card. The limit that applies to Mobile Payments depends on the debit card you have received.
"}},{"accordionList":[{"richBody":{"value":"You can then pay up to €2,500 per day with your digital debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Garmin Pay. For young people aged 16 and 17, the limit is €250 per day. You cannot change the limit of your digital debit card.
The limit of your physical debit card is €1,500 by default and you can change it.

As the account holder, you can change the debit card limit of your Visa Debit or Debit Mastercard Debit Card yourself.

After all, you confirm every transaction with Face ID, Touch ID or an unlock code.
When paying with Apple Pay, payment details are securely exchanged via NFC. This only works within a radius of 10 centimetres. That is why you need to make contact from very close by to exchange details. If your mobile is in your bag, contact is not possible. In the event of loss, theft or fraud, please contact our emergency line. We can then block Apple Pay immediately.
