If you've blocked your debit card because it was lost, you can unblock it if you find it again. You can do so in the app and My ING.

You can easily view your current PIN in the ING App. Go to "Overview" tap "Debit cards", choose your debit card and select "Show PIN".
Don’t have your new Visa Debit or Mastercard Debit card yet? Then you can’t view your PIN in the ING App. In that case, request your PIN using the button below and you’ll receive it within 5 working days at your correspondence address.

All debit cards can be used for refund PIN transactions. Usually it appears in your account the next working day but it can take up to 7 days. ING can't speed this up for you.

If the debit card is for your joint account, both card holders must check if the address is correct. If one of you has changed the address, it won't be changed for the other card holder.
