In the ING App or My ING, you can easily make an additional repayment. When you click on a loan part, you’ll also see how much room you still have to make repayments free of redemption costs on your mortgage

  1. Open the ING App
  2. Scroll to your mortgage details and click on it
  3. At the top, you’ll see a button ‘Extra repayment’ – click on it
  4. Follow the instruction

  1. You will see an overview of your products

  2. Scroll to your mortgage and choose ‘Extra repayment’

  3. Select the loan part you want to repay extra (if you have multiple parts)
  4. Enter the amount you want to repay
  5. Click next to view an overview of what this extra repayment means for you
  6. If you have multiple payment accounts, choose the account from which the repayment will be deducted
  7. Click ‘Transfer’

You can set up recurring repayments in the ING App or My ING:

Open the ING App. Click on transfer. Select the correct current account.

  1. Open My ING
  2. Go to Overview and click the + next to savings accounts
  3. Select the payment account to fund the goal
  4. Choose an icon (e.g., a house)
  5. Name the goal (e.g., Mortgage repayment)
  6. Enter the target amount
  7. Click Save
  8. Click your new savings goal and choose ‘Deposit’
  9. Enter the amount (one-time or recurring)
  10. Set frequency and start date
  11. Click ‘Send’
