If you decide to make your home more sustainable, you can borrow more. When combining the NHG with energy-saving home improvements, the limit is €461,100 in 2024.</span></span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span><span><strong>Building fund account required</strong></span></span></span></span><br /><span><span><span><span>The full amount for a renovation is held in a building fund account by ING.
