We manage this account.</span></span></span></p><p><span><span><span>You agree with us in advance how much will be put into the account, like the €12,000 in our example. You do this based on a plan with definitive quotations. Afterwards you have two years to make your energy-saving improvements.</span></span></span></p><p><span><span><span>Paying costs through your Sustainability Account works like this:</span></span></span></p><ul><li><span><span><span><span>When you receive an invoice for, say, cavity wall insulation or an energy-efficient ventilation system, you can take care of this easily in My ING.</span></span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span><span>We make sure that the invoice is paid out of your Sustainability Account.</span></span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span><span>You can choose for us to transfer the money from your Sustainability Account directly to a supplier or contractor, or we can refund you after you’ve paid the bill yourself.</span></span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span><span>The amount will be transferred within five working days.</span></span></span></span></li></ul><p><span><span><span>Each month, you only pay interest and capital repayments on the amounts you have actually drawn down from your Sustainability Account.</span></span></span></p><p><span lang=\"EN-GB\" dir=\"ltr\"><span><span>Good to know: You will only be charged interest on funds you have drawn down from your Sustainability Account.
