The National Heat Fund (Nationaal Warmtefonds) has been helping to accelerate the energy transition since 2013. This is a collaboration between the Dutch government and various banks, including ING.
With an energy savings loan, you can borrow money towards things such as insulation, solar panels and a heat pump with favourable terms and conditions. This is a good solution if, for example, you don’t have enough savings.

If your homeowners’ association represents at least two homes, you may be eligible for a homeowners’ association energy savings loan. Team up to have your building front or roof renovated. Or have solar panels installed. The homeowners’ association energy savings loan offers all sorts of benefits, such as no penalty for early repayment, no hidden fees and a low interest rate.
