This scheme has been effective since January 1, 2023. For more information about the SVVE, visit the website of the Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO).
Is your home part of an Owners' Association (VvE)? Then you can choose to apply for the subsidy individually or as part of the VvE. However, you can only receive the subsidy once for your home. If the VvE has already received a subsidy for the entire building, you can no longer apply individually. And vice versa: if you have already received an individual subsidy, you cannot participate when the VvE applies for it.
So think carefully about your choice and coordinate your application with the VvE. The VvE may already have plans for sustainability measures.
