With the notary service, you pay a fixed rate for your notary fees. Both your mortgage contract and your transport deed will cost you only € 495 per deed (excluding additional costs and VAT), regardless of your mortgage amount, the registration or the value of the property.

If you take out your mortgage with ING, you can use the Notary service. After you have indicated this to your mortgage advisor, you will receive detailed information from an expert notary of NL Notariat. This company operates nationwide, so there is always a notary near you.
