For more information and our instructions, visit <a href=\"http://ECH.nl/ING\">ECH.nl/ING</a>.</p><p>It is not (yet) possible to submit the following requests via ECH:</p><ul><li>full repayment of a foreign mortgage (collateral abroad)</li><li>full repayment of a Waterville mortgage (houseboat, etc.)</li><li>full repayment of a yacht mortgage (pleasure craft, etc.) </li></ul><p>To submit these requests, you can download the form below and email it to <a href=\"http://mailto:aflossen.hypotheken@ing.nl\">aflossen.hypotheken@ing.nl</a>.</p><p><strong>Please note:</strong> you can send a maximum of one unsecured PDF file of up to 25 MB. If you wish to send more attachments, please send multiple emails. We cannot accept attachments in Word, Excel or other formats. You can submit this request to us no later than 15 days and no earlier than two months before the repayment date. We will send the repayment statement back to you within 5 working days of receipt. This also applies to requests we receive via ECH. If you request a (revised) repayment statement during one of these periods because the mortgage is being transferred during this period, we will draw up the repayment statement using an urgent procedure. Please contact us using the details at the bottom of this page. </p><p>Due to the urgent procedure, your customer may be charged twice for the last monthly statement. In that case, the customer can reverse the payment within 56 days by clicking on the relevant direct debit in the account overview in My ING and then clicking on “Reverse”. Please request the settlement statement well in advance, as the additional processing time for this is at least five working days. Requests submitted too late cannot be settled. To ensure that the settlement runs smoothly, we require the following documents:</p><ul><li>Signed request from the debtors;</li><li>Your statement showing the shortfall;</li><li>For an ING Savings mortgage or Leven mortgage: recent (no older than 6 months) surrender value of the linked policy.</li></ul><p>We deduct 92% of the value of the policy or Investor Account from the repayment statement. If the proceeds (after settlement) are insufficient, please contact the Collections department on working days between 8.30 a.m. and 5 p.m. on 020-3633692. In order to continue to guarantee this during the festive season, we ask for your cooperation. Please submit business repayment statements or cancellations by 5 December at the latest. Please contact us using the details at the bottom of this pag</p>"}},{"componentType":"sectionTitle","title":"Executing a mortgage deed"},{"componentType":"paragraph","richBody":{"value":"<p>The following procedure applies to all mortgage assignments:</p><ol><li>For each mortgage assignment, you will receive completion instructions and a copy of the mortgage offer from us.</li><li>The completion instructions indicate which model deed you must use, which text blocks of that model deed are applicable and which variables you must complete.</li><li>You can download the relevant model deed from NotarisNet of the KNB.</li><li>When signing the mortgage deed, the customer must also sign the mortgage offer. We inform our customers of this in advance.</li><li>You attach the mortgage offer to the mortgage deed. If the customer chooses to include these costs in the mortgage, ING will deduct the advisory fees from the principal amount. If the customer pays the advisory fees from their own funds, ING will collect the advisory fees directly from the customer.</p>"}},{"componentType":"paragraph","title":"Did the customer take out the mortgage through an intermediary?","richBody":{"value":"<p>Even if the customer has taken out the mortgage through an intermediary, they can choose to pay the advisory fees from their own funds. The intermediary will then send them an invoice. If the customer chooses to finance the advisory fees as part of the mortgage, ING will pay an advance for the advisory fees. The solicitor&apos;s instructions will specify exactly how much you need to pay in advisory fees after completion and to whom. Normally, this will be the intermediary.
