A valuation gives the mortgage provider a reliable indication of the value of your home. Since 24 June 2021, there are two ways to have your property valued: Through a full valuation, including a physical visit to the property, or through an ING Calcasa Desktop Valuation, carried out remotely. If a title deed needs to be requested from the land registry, an additional €15 (incl.
