Pay from your own funds</strong></p><p>If you want to pay ING’s advisory costs from your own funds, we will debit the advisory fee from your account at the same time as your first monthly mortgage payment. By signing the mortgage offer, you give us permission for this. There are no additional costs for this payment method. Keep in mind, however, that your available funds will decrease.</p><p><strong>2. Finance within the mortgage</strong></p><p>You can finance the advisory costs within the <a href=\"https://www.ing.nl/particulier/hypotheek/hypotheek-berekenen\">mortgage</a>. The advisory costs will then be added to the total mortgage amount. This means your mortgage amount, and therefore your monthly payments, will be higher. The amount you want to finance must fit within the maximum possible mortgage amount. Your mortgage advisor can explain this and will take it into account in their advice.</p><p><strong>Note:</strong> Financing the advisory costs will cost money. How much extra you ultimately pay depends on factors such as the type of mortgage and the fixed interest rate period you choose.
