Based on calculations, they will show you how much you would need to borrow and what your monthly payments will be. They will give you advice on <a data-type=\"internal\" href=\"/en/personal/mortgage/mortgage-calculator\">the mortgage</a>, the fixed-rate period and repayment options. All their advice will be compiled into your Personal Mortgage Advice Report. Your adviser will also discuss how your mortgage may be affected when you die or retire, or if you become disabled or lose your job, and advise you on insurance to protect you against these risks.  This, too, will be covered in the report.</span></span></span></p><p><span><span><span>At ING, your adviser will be your permanent point of contact throughout the process.
