Examples include removing or adding joint liability (for instance, in the case of divorce). This is an important report because it shows how the change will affect your situation. For this required advice and report, you pay advisory fees. You pay a fixed amount, clear and transparent.</p><p>There are also changes to the mortgage that do not require advice. In that case, you only pay <a href=\"https://www.ing.nl/particulier/hypotheek/actuele-hypotheekrente/overige-kosten\">administration costs</a>. Even if you have no major changes to your mortgage, you can still choose to request advice and a Personal Mortgage Advice report.
