From the moment you are overdrawn, you have 3 months to return to a positive balance. You do this by repaying the outstanding amount (the amount you are overdrawn plus interest). Your balance on your current account must remain above €0 (positive) for at least 24 consecutive hours. From that moment, you are overdrawn without permission. It is important that you return to a positive balance within the agreed time frame.</span></span></span></p><p><span><span><span>If you succeed in having a positive balance for at least 24 hours within the set period, you can overdraw again for up to 3 months up to your original limit.</span></span></span></p><p><span><span><span>If the balance is not positive in time, we may immediately end your ING overdraft and claim the outstanding debt. The negative balance on your current account is an overrun. You pay the same interest rate on this amount as for ING overdraft.</span></span></span></p>"}},{"title":"What if I use more than my overdraft limit?","richBody":{"value":"<p><span><span><span>You are then overdrawn without permission. We will end your ING overdraft if you have not had a positive balance for at least 24 hours within 1 month. For example, you have a limit of €500 but you are €550 overdrawn.
