If your communication preference is digital you will receive it in the inbox of My ING and in the ING App within one working day after your credit facility has ended. The details of your loan will no longer be visible in My ING or in the ING App. We also notify the Credit Registration Office (BKR) within two working days after your credit facility has ended. BKR keeps your information for a maximum of five years.

If you have a personal loan on which you have overpaid and you are entitled to a refund from us, you can reverse the final direct debit of the personal loan. Once this direct debit has been refunded to your current account, you can end the personal loan. There may be a remaining amount to pay due to the reversal. This amount will be deducted from your linked current account when you end the personal loan.
