Depending on your communication preference, we informed you by letter or email that we’d like to speak with you. In this conversation, we look together at what monthly amount you can use to repay your loan. To determine what is manageable for you each month, we need your financial information. If you don’t send your financial information, we will restart your original monthly repayment amount. This happens about three months after we sent the first message.
Before restarting your old monthly amount, we’ll send you two reminders.
We’ll send these to your messages inbox or by post, depending on your communication preference.
If you borrow money, you need to repay it. Together, we determine what you can reasonably repay each month. We do this by looking at your personal financial situation, so you can become financially healthy again and stay that way.
If you disagree, you can submit a complaint at ing.nl/complaints.
