Then we need an LEI for reporting to the supervisor. You can apply for an LEI at the Chamber of Commerce.</p><p>As you can read on the <a href=\"https://www.afm.nl/nl-nl/professionals/onderwerpen/legal-entity-identifier\">AFM</a> website, banks are required under MiFID II to report the LEI to the supervisor (AFM) for every investment transaction for a legal entity (companies or legal persons, for example: foundations, religious organisations, sole traders, mutual funds, general partnerships, limited partnerships, and self‑employed workers without employees).
