We have reduced the weighting of equities to neutral, after it had become overweight due to favourable market conditions. With the resources released, we have increased the allocation to fixed income, also to a neutral position.</p><p>High energy prices are leading to higher inflation, higher interest rates, and slower economic growth. This is expected to become increasingly visible. Due to elevated inflation, central banks no longer have room to cut interest rates. At present, the likelihood of rate hikes is greater.
