Funds with a sustainability objective are also known in the market as Article 9 funds or dark‑green funds. These funds are characterized by the requirement that all investment instruments in the fund must contribute to one or more sustainability objectives. The objective can range from investing (Dutch only) in companies that help reduce poverty to those that contribute to lowering CO2 emissions.

Below is an overview of the 17 Article 9 equity funds that are included on the ING Masterlist by the ING Investment Office. The ING Investment Office continuously screens equities (Dutch only), bonds and funds. The funds shown below have passed this screening and have been included in the ING Masterlist. Only funds from the ING Masterlist may be included in the portfolios of clients managed by ING.
