With ING Self Invest (Zelf op de Beurs), you can do this easily in My ING (Mijn ING) and in the Mobile Investing app (Mobiel Beleggen app). You can invest in investment funds, shares , index trackers, bonds, and more complex instruments such as options and leveraged products.
