For this non-life insurance, ING works together with Nationale-Nederlanden. ING acts as an intermediary for this insurance and is your trusted point of contact. Through ING, you can take out, view, change, and cancel the insurance. You can also report a claim to Nationale-Nederlanden via the ING app or Mijn ING. Nationale-Nederlanden is the insurer that offers this insurance under the ING brand, exclusively for ING customers. Nationale-Nederlanden collects your premium and pays out any applicable claims. ING receives an ongoing commission for mediating this insurance in the form of a fixed percentage of the premium.
