After that, contact the emergency center so we can assist you in getting back on the road as soon as possible. If your car can't be fixed at a local garage within two working days, we'll cover the cost of a rental car for the remainder of your pre-booked holiday. Please note that costs for repairing your car are not covered.
If you're traveling with a caravan, ING Travel Insurance will reimburse your extra accommodation expenses if the caravan breaks down. However, damage to the caravan itself is not covered.
Tip: With the additional Roadside Assistance module, repatriation of your car from abroad to your garage in the Netherlands is included if your car cannot be repaired within two working days. Roadside repair and towing costs are covered up to €200, and if needed, we’ll also cover the cost of deploying a replacement driver.
