For example: if your trip was planned for 10 days and you missed 2 days, we reimburse 2/10 of the total travel cost. We calculate the daily rate per insured person as follows:</p><p>1. We determine the travel cost per insured person. This is the amount you paid (or still need to pay) for the trip, divided by the number of participants. This includes transportation and accommodation costs.</p><p>2. If the travel cost per person exceeds the insured amount stated in your policy, we use the insured amount as the basis.</p><p>3. We divide the travel cost or insured amount by the number of days in your travel package or accommodation rental.
