Together, we&apos;ll review if the damage can be brought before the Dutch Motor Traffic Guarantee Fund (Waarborgfonds Motorverkeer). If they settle your claim, your claim-free years and premium won&apos;t be affected. You need to meet a few criteria in order for the Dutch Motor Traffic Guarantee Fund to settle your claim. <a href=\"http://www.schadezonderdader.nl\">www.schadezonderdader.nl</a>. These are the most important criteria: </p><ul><li>Report the damage to the police (online) within 2 weeks. </li><li>A witness who is able to attest the car was undamaged at the time of parking and was only later found to have been damaged after being left in the same spot without having been driven in the meantime. </li><li>The damage must have been caused by another vehicle. </li></ul><p><strong>Your excess</strong><br />If you have the damage repaired by a Glasgarant or Schadegarant repair shop, you&apos;ll only pay your selected excess amount – so no additional excess.
