Benefits of reporting your damage via Glasgarant:

If you choose a repairer outside the Glasgarant network, you’ll pay a deductible of €150 for windshield repair and €400 for windshield replacement, on top of your chosen deductible.

A chip, scratch or crack in your windscreen? Once our claims department has given its approval, you can contact Autotaalglas, Carglass or a Schadenet repair shop. They know exactly what to do and will get you back on the road in no time.

Would you prefer to go to your own brand dealer, or a BOVAG or Focwa-accredited repair shop? That works too! But please note: you will then have to pay a personal contribution, unless you have opted for the ‘Free Choice of Repair’ module.

And what about the excess? That’s stated on your policy schedule. You opt for the excess of your choice.
