On your computer, you’ll use My ING. On your tablet or phone, you’ll use our app. Both show your current balance whether it’s your current account, savings or loan. And in both My ING and the app, it’s super easy to transfer money to someone else or to your savings.
The difference between My ING and the app is small. My ING lets you do a few more things, but you’ll still need both. You’ll see why in a bit.

Please note: ING branches only work by appointment. Use the location finder to check what your nearest branch is.
Bring your ID and your ING debit card. A staff member will set up My ING for you and register your phone number. Once that’s done, you’ll receive your username and a temporary password at home. Got both? Then it’s time to download and activate the app

You’ve requested My ING, received your username and password, and registered your phone number. Time to log in for the first time. You’ll be asked to create your own password.
Have you done that? Then you can download the app and activate it using your My ING username and your new password. Only got a computer? You can request a scanner from us so you can still use My ING.
