Here's how it works."},{"componentType":"paragraph","richBody":{"value":"<p><strong>App:</strong>  </p><ul><li>Open the app and confirm your payment.  </li><li>Tip: If your app is still open, refresh your app or log in again.  </li><li>You can refresh the app by holding your finger on the screen, swiping it down and then lifting your finger.</li></ul><p><strong>Scanner:  </strong></p><ul><li>A colour code will appear on My ING’s screen.  </li><li>Turn on your scanner by pressing the orange button, point the camera at your screen and scan the colour code. </li><li>Enter your PIN and check the payment on the scanner’s screen.  </li><li>The scanner will give you a code.
