Using the address book in My ING means you don’t have to look up and type in account numbers every time. Just save the name, account number and (if you want) a note once and you’ll have the details ready to go with one click.

  1. Log in to My ING
  2. Click your name at the top right of the screen, then choose ‘Address book’

  1. In the address book, click ‘New contact’
  2. Enter the account number
  3. Add the name of your contact
  4. Add a note (optional)
  5. Click ‘Save’ 

Once a contact’s saved, you can easily edit it later by clicking the contact and use the buttons 'change' or 'delete'.

  1. Log in to the ING App
  2. Tap on ‘Service’ on the bottom right
  3. Under the heading Arrange it yourself, tap on 'Your app settings'
  4. Under the heading Payments, tap on 'Address Book'

  1. In the address book, tap on the plus icon in the top right ('+')
  2. Enter the new contact's name
  3. Enter the account number
  4. Optionally enter a comment
  5. Tap on the ‘Save’ button

You can easily edit or remove your contacts afterwards. Simply tap on the contact in your address book and use the 'Edit' or 'Remove' buttons.
